Terms:
3 Night minimum stay from June 15, to September 15
Non-Smoking - as per provincial legislation, no smoking is permitted inside the house.
We regret we cannot accommodate children or pets.
Ample parking on the property beside the garage is available for up to 3 vehicles. It is important that guests not park on the entrance laneway.
We can help with arrangements and would be happy to facilitate wine tours, dinner reservations, spa treatments, bike rentals, Shaw theatre tickets, etc.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm (earlier check-in is possible when there are no same day check-outs.)
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Deposit: 25% deposit is required to secure the reservation, either by VISA or MasterCard. Remaining balance (75%) is due one month prior to arrival.
Cancellation: A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. If the reservation is cancelled within the last 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit may also be forfeited if we are unable to re-book River Bend House for the days of your scheduled stay.
